I would like to go - if we pay like $20(?) each from the parking lot it's like a 5-10 minute bus ride up to the site - if we walk it's about 40 minutes to an hour. I'd be fine with walking but depending on the rest of our schedule if we're crunched for time we could bus.

Actual location is Maelifell which is a super cool looking volcano. Would have to be a game time decision bc it requires f-roads via the route from the south which is 232 or 210. May require river crossing - the place looks cool but I don't want to drown in a river or permanently damage the car so might have to play it by ear.
