Send bags from Disney land to Kyoto station or convenience store. Disney hotel
will have a luggage transfer service, they will do the paper work for you.
TOKYO TO FUJI - 2 hours limited direct trains from ( fuji excursion train)
Express Limited - need to book, only 3 times a day. Also need a seperate
ticket for the last 3 stops not covered by the JR pass. 7:30am/8:30am/9:30am. If
not this train other still JR Chou line leaves from Shinjuku and need to change
at Otsuki. For the Fujikyu line
The train from disneyland to shinjuku takes 35mins. Would need to leave
disneyland with an hour to spare.

Roughly every hour on the half hour. 10:30am might be the best? quicker second
leg and less wait time. arrives 12:39pm

Can walk from the music museum around the lake to Oishi park. 35 min walk
Another activity on Lake kawaguchi is the go ok swan looking pedal boat, many
places around the lake to rent a pedal boat.
TAKE THE SIGHTSEEING BUS- stop 10 is near our accom. 5 min walk. 13 min walk to
ropeway

FUJI TO KYOTO - 1.5 hour bus Fujikyu bus from lake kawaguchicko station / change
at Mishima /2 hour train JR Hikari Tokaido Shinkansen one train every 2 hours
(3.5HOURS TOTAL)

GION DISTRICT
old town Geisha area, can stroll the streets. Its illegal to take photos of a
geisha.
HIGASHIYAMA
District at the base lf the hills where the old temple is and the streets that
lead up to it
PONTOCHO
Atmospheric at night time small alley lined with bars, ive read some dont take
tourists others are insta famous and need to book and most wont take children
KYOTO TO TAKAYAMA 3 hours Change at Nagoya JR Tokaido line then switch at Nagoya
for the JR Hida wide view express ( also scenic wide windows etc) - not the
local train too long.
Kyoto to Nagoya- every few minutes. Rougy get the 10:45 leaves 20 mins to make
the 11:43 and arrive taka at 2:10pm
Nagoya to Takayama- every hour, not consistent. check times. 10:48am, 11:43

make sure you buy a Sarubobo. traditionally made by grandmothers, given to
grandchildren as a lucky charm.
TAKAYAMA to KANAZAWA - 2 hours via Toyama Limited express Hida 3 switch
to Shinkansen Hakutata or Tsurugi
I recommend the 11:03am train, its the shortest, arrives toyama 12:32. change
leaves at 12:46 or 1:13 from toyama arriving kanazawa at 1:09 or 1:36.

Roughly every half hour. Try for 10:17? gets in Tokyo at 12:50pm
