Port Barton, Philippines
My first stop in the Philippines: Port Barton
- With hundreds of palm trees, turquoise water, soft sand, and the most laid-back vibe
Personal highlight: Coconut Beach
You can either walk there or take a taxi boat. The beach is private, so there's a 50-peso entrance fee. There are some hammocks to chill in, and apart from a few free-roaming pigs, the beach is really quiet and empty.
If you keep walking a few more minutes, you'll reach White Beach. Again, there's another 50-peso entrance fee, but at least this beach also has a restaurant, and they sell fresh coconuts
