Bacalar, Mexico
- Definitely do a boat trip one day, we didn’t have enough time sadly - To eat:
Mango y Chili (best vegan burgers you’ll ever eat, still think about it. 100% go
despite the fact i know you’ll be sceptical), La playita also great and good
vibes

Valladolid, Mexico
loved it here!! - Stayed in a sweet family run hostel (trying to find out the
name but can’t remember), if you send me some over it might jog my memory - To
Do: Chichen itza, cenote Zaci (in town and can walk to which is v easy) - To
eat: Yerbabuena - went here for brunch but supper looked good too. Cute
courtyard thing, but remember it having funny opening times / we could have been
jet lagged still
-
Isla Holbox, Mexico
- Stay in Tribu Hostel - really nice and good vibes / activities etc. We even
did aeroyoga one evening as the sun was setting on the roof top! - Food was
amazing here, some places we went: Painapol (amazing breakfast!!), Artesana (bit
more boho vibes), Barba Negra for Tacos (best ones we had all trip, went about 3
times I think), roots pizza also supposed to be good - Recommend paying and
using hotel facilities that are on a beach, ‘beach club’ vibes as it were. We
camped out at Hotel Zomay - Walked up to Punta cocos one eve to watch sunset -
Also highly recommend a boat trip, we wanted to go whale watching but wasn’t the
season sadly but we did the ‘3 islands tour’ which was good and not too ££ -
Hot corner for party vibes
