Manilla, Philippines
The first stop on your island hopping adventure is Manila, where you’ll want to
spend some time checking out its many natural attractions. Head to Rizal Park,
also known as Luneta Park, for some outdoor activities.

Coron, Philippines
The main thing to know about Coron is that it’s not really one island; instead,
it’s three islands—Coron Island, Manlawi Island and Nakabuang Island—that are
just a short boat ride apart. This hop combines two of these islands for an
unforgettable day trip. Here's how to do it First, spend some time on Coron
Island itself. Walk around, check out its unique architecture (it looks like
every building is made from wood), eat at one of its restaurants or grab drinks
at Kappiya Bar & Grill. Then head over to Manlawi Island by way of local
fishermen’s boats (the kind with outboard motors). You can either negotiate a
price beforehand or pay once you arrive at your destination.

El Nido, Philippines
Located on Palawan Island in southwest Philippines, El Nido is a tranquil beach
town that’s popular with travelers. The beach is often described as being
picturesque, especially when viewed from atop one of its numerous limestone rock
formations. If you want to maximize your island-hopping experience, I recommend
spending at least two nights here.

Port Barton, Philippines
The second most popular island hopping destination from El Nido, Port Barton is
a world apart from its famous neighbour. That’s not to say that there aren’t
some wonderful beaches and dive sites around – far from it – but it isn’t as
spoiled and on first glance appears less touristy than El Nido. The main town,
on its bay with an airport, bustles with local life and you can still see rows
of wooden boats lining its colourful marina.

If you’re looking for a pristine island hopping experience, consider traveling
to Siargao Island. Located on Mindanao, Siargao is famous for its perfect
beaches and nature. It’s also home to an internationally renowned surf break,
Cloud 9. If that isn’t enough to get you excited about Island hopping in
Siargao, consider its proximity to waterfalls and a large marine sanctuary.

Bohol, Philippines
This tiny island is packed with cultural and historical sites, and even boasts a
thriving nightlife scene. Since it's located between two other popular islands
(Cebu and Leyte), Bohol is often overlooked by travelers who spend more time on
nearby islands than they do here. Luckily, that means you'll find plenty of
beaches and resorts all to yourself. Be sure to stop by Loboc River for some
white-water rafting, visit Chocolate Hills for an epic view, and check out
Baclayon Church, where Pedro Calungsod—one of America's first Catholic
martyrs—was canonized in 2015. Book accommodations at Bohol Shores Resort &
Nature Park or Robinsons Place Tagbilaran City.

Cebu, Philippines
The most popular city in Cebu is known for its friendly people, distinct
landmarks and attractions, scuba diving sites, nature parks and perfect
year-round weather. This means you can visit pretty much any time of year
without sacrificing your experience. One of our favorites things to do when
visiting Cebu is to find a seaside bar with views of Banilad Cove or Boljoon
Beach, which are less than 10 minutes from one another by car.
