What to do in split 25th July:
We have not booked any activities.
We will explore the city center and shops and get things for the cruise (see list below)
- explore old town - palace and bell tower for good view of split, walk riya promenade
- eat good food - portas pizza, brooklyn bagel co, cevapi, apetit, focaccina (sandwishes)
- check out beach clubs
What we need to buy for the Sail Croatia:
- own beach towel GOT
- proper water bottle
- snorkeling gear is not provided so can buy from split market if want GOT
- bring standard European plug adaptors GOT
- cash for drinks to pay at the end GOT
Day 1
Check-in for the cruise on 26th July is between 11am and 12pm. We aim to depart Split between 12.30pm and 1pm and tuck straight into lunch while we head for Makarska.
Rules for Sale Croatia:
Passports are to be handed to the Captain or allocated crew member, in order for the passport details from them to be registered on the first day of the cruise.
Passengers are not permitted to bring food and drink (including alcohol) on the boat. This includes all drinks and food products purchased on shore in ports of call. The only exceptions are: personal care products, liquid medicine, and food products for special diets.
Keep your cabin door locked when your cabin is not in use during the day.
◉ If you like to sleep at night with the cabin door open then ensure all valuables are stowed away securely.
◉ Do not leave valuables on the beach, on boat tables or decks.
◉ Beware of pickpockets in crowded markets and on buses.
First Aid Kit onboard every boat and your Captain is first aid certified. In an emergency notify a member of the crew or call 112
Day 2
Island’s National Park (entrance ticket is roughly 25 Euro) to either rent a bike to explore the trails, hike around the lakes or rent a kayak.
