Arrive in Guatemala City and get a taxi to Antigua. Guatemala City is regarded as dangerous, but you should have no issues getting a legit taxi right outside the airport. The ride is about 30 minutes and should cost you $25-40 depending on the amount of people with you and your haggling skills. Once you arrive in Antigua, give your taxi driver the address to where you will be staying. Three Monkey’s Hostel is an excellent choice if you’re looking for affordable, chill and a great location.
