10th May - Steve and I go to Alcatraz. Laura and Jay arrive in the evening. 11th May - take cable car from Powell St station to Mason. Go to fisherman’s wharf from there, then Pier 39, North beach, and Chinatown. 12th May - hire bikes and ride over Golden Gate Bridge and visit the botanical gardens. Also check out the mosaic steps. 13th May - head to Yosemite.
