De goedkoopste manier om tot in het centrum van de hoofdstad te komen is de
lokale bus, te weten bus lijn 3. De bushalte van het vliegveld (#41 Pochentong
International Airport) vindt u op korte afstand van de terminal aan de grote weg
AH11. De bussen rijden tussen 05.30 uur en 20.30 uur. Bus lijn 3 rijdt naar de
eindhalte in het district Koh Pich, de haltes ervoor Central Market en Old
Market (Phsar Chas) hebben een meer centrale ligging in Phnom Penh. Vroeger was
de eindhalte Night Market, hier stopt de bus nu niet meer.
