It was a 41hr journey. So gilt to Chennai about 11.40pm.
By the time I caught the metro to the airport, it was about 1am. As I’m flying to Sri Lanka.
Flight is at 11.40am. So just had to chill at the airport

Caught a train to Hatton.
From there we got a tuk tuk to Nallathanniya as it was raining. With my brother.
Chilled when we got there.
Had some food, then had an early night as we needed to get up at 2.15am to hike up Adam’s Peak (Sri Pada)

When we got back from the hike, which took 4hrs.
Got changed and got a tuk tuk to Hatton railway station.
From there we got a train to Kandy.

Explored the city for 2 days.
Then spent one day at Nara, and another day at Kobe.

Took 8hrs to get here, from Osaka. Taking local trains, about 5 of them.
First whole day caught a train to see the itsukushima jinja. Had to catch a ferry to the island with the floating gate. Amazing.
Once I got back to Hiroshima, saw the memorial site and Hiroshima castle.
Had a relaxing evening, as I was pretty tired.
Spent another day, just wondering around and chilling.
It would have been my anniversary, so had a couple of drinks and spoke to the kids.
