Transfer Information
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met by a tour representative to be transferred to the hotel.
To locate your tour representative:
Please proceed to the Arrival Hall
Look for the tour representative holding a sign clearly displaying your name or TripADeal Logo
In the unlikely event that you cannot locate your tour representative for your airport transfer, please contact the emergency contacts provided.
Please note: If you have purchased an Arrive Early/Stay Behind/Flight Forfeiture airport transfers, extra nights accommodation & meals are NOT included - You will be responsible for making your own arrangements for these services.
INITIAL MEETING
Once you have been transferred and checked into the hotel, the guide will make an announcement regarding the Initial Meeting & Trip Briefing location and time. The hotel may also leave a information letter in your room.
If you are arriving early, please contact the emergency contacts once you have checked into the hotel listed on DAY 1.
