check the opening hours of the monasteries pick the main ones but i really recommend Varlaam, Great Meteron, St Stephen, Holy Trinity especially and the Great Meteron 2 days would have been more relaxing there is a bus up but renting your own car would be better. the ebike was cool but avoid it during summer (June to Aug)

renting a car or ATVs is recommend for at least one or two days. 30-50€/ day is a reasonable rate take pictures of the vehicle before riding please be careful of your safety on ATVs while going up the hairpins on steep slopes. don't die.
