Payments
We accept cash payments in LKR only, with a 10% tax on all bills. A fixed exchange rate of 1 USD = 305 LKR applies. Accommodation payment is due upon arrival, and all arrangements must be settled at check-in. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in will be fully charged with no refunds.
House Rules
For your safety, guests should inform us earlier to leave the property in dark between 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM due to the presence of wild elephants. If you have evening plans, please inform us in advance so we can arrange a safe ride for you.
We also kindly ask guests to remove their shoes before entering indoor spaces to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Thank you for your cooperation!
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM , and let us know in advance if you expect a delay so we can help with arrangements. You're welcome to relax with us even after check-out! If you arrive early, feel free to enjoy our restaurant or take a dip in the pool while you wait
