1st - Arrive 4pm into Bangkok, check in to AirBNB, drop bags and go explore the city for the afternoon / night. Find superrich to exchange cash. Baht, Dong, Riel, USD
2nd - Flight 3:05pm from BKK to Hanoi.
Check in to Bong Hostel Hanoi that afternoon and meet Darcy later that night.

Be back at hostel for 7pm for bus

Hà Giang, Vietnam
3rd - We are in Hanoi for the day, have to be back at 7pm for the bus to Ha Giang. (This night is on the bus and also a few hours in ha Giang on arrival)
4th - Day 1 of the loop
5th - Day 2 of the loop
6th - Day 3 of the loop
7th - Final day of the loop. We finis off back in Ha Giang city. Sleeper bus to take us to Cat Ba island roughly ~7pm. Arrive in CatBa early the next morning.

Cát Bà Island, Vietnam
8th - Arrive that morning (hopefully well rested on the bus overnight). Can relax and chill in the restaurant/bar/common area of the hostel as we are du for check in at 2pm.
7:45am check in for Ha Long bay boat tour.
Arrive back roughly 6pm - check in will be available and we can do whatever we like for the night. (Probably rest up, exhausting few days).
9th - We have the day to explore Cat Ba island. I’m sure we will be due to party this night, no plans for the next day.
