Mass in St Vincent's Church Town centre took vernacular after lunch up yo amusement Park, bumpers and rollercoaster ride.
Campsite We Camp was on good bus route 16 every 30mins to centre. Sites tight, good clean showers and toilets

Stayed at Ezcaba campsite, excellent site. Great pool, tennis, cycle route 10km to Pamplona. Met Teddy and Eliz Mccarthy from cork. Cycled to Pamplona saw cathedral and bill run. Met other cork couple Fiinnuala and Sean from rochestown on buses. Had lunch traditional and walked lovely city. Hot day. Back by 7 30pm cooked on bbq, talking to neighbours.

Lourdes, France
Drove in the rain from Pamplona to lourdes Tuesday afternoon. Arrived at campsite d'art a beautiful place about 17mins cycling to grotto. Its on a farm with cows and goats. Beautiful trees and a swimming pool. Lovely friendly Dutch neighbours. Cycled into grotto. Did candle lit procession, beautiful. Cycled back around 11pm, only 17mins on bikes.
Wednesday weather gorgeous. I cycled into 9 30am Mass, then confessions, stations and adoration, so beautiful then back for lunch, a swim and dinner. Then Cycled into candle lit procession. Had a blessed evening 🙏
I headed into la ville for 8 30am english Mass, and adoration. Its raining alot. Denis packed up the van and left the site, meeting me for coffee before leaving lourdes.

Arcachon, France
Heavy rain as we drove to Arcachon, lovely campsite in the bay, called .
Cycling path by the sea. First evening cycled 5mins to fish head small restaurant, good music and tapas, wine not cheap and in plastic glasses!
Next day cycled about 36km return to beach on the Atlantic ocean. Good cycle paths. Warm breeze, had a coffee and cycled back. Went to 6 30 Mass in French a short cyclefrom tge campsite. After cooking at campsite met lovely couple from Clonmel, jasmin and joe, stayed up too late talking and wine tasting with them!
Sunday packed up and drove to ile d'orion, stopped for lunch beside a lake. Lovely French food. Chips too oily. Weather warm, sunny. Cork v limerick in Munster final, we stopped by side of road to watch 2nd half very, very exciting and tight, limerick won by 1 point. Denis so disappointed. Great hurling!

Rochefort, France
Arrived in Ile d'orion Sunday 5pm, le surat,Eden villages company, a lovely, quiet campsite wt lots of activities like indoor swimming pool heated, exercise equipment. Had a lovely swim and then a pizza in the campsite restaurant. Walked to the beach on the edge of the campsite. We did a long, beautiful walk, very few people, and a great sunset.
Next day after breakfast cycle to le Chateaux a town about 18km away. Good cycling paths, beautiful nature all around us. Denis bike needed oil. Messaged jasmin and joe. Met them in the centre, had a rose and a chat. Cycling around to the port and supermarket. Then Cycled to their campsite but gone shopping! Long cycle back to our campsite and weather changing, stopped for a vino at the port during a shower of rain.
Cooked on bbq that night. Tired after cycle. The next morning packed, I did little sun bathing at the pool. Then drove to Saint Denis d'oleron, a lovely port and small town in the north of the island. Strolled around port, had lovely lunch Mulles.
Denis drove to ile d're, our usual campsite in the woods. Cloudy at times and rained during the night. Put on a large wash and relaxed in sunshine at the pool. The water is cool. Cycling to la flotte today.
