After receipt of the documents, a code will be sent via WhatsApp to open the
small safe (located near the entrance door) which holds the keys. After
Check-out, leave the keys in the large box.
PARKING Parking is permitted in front of the Bed and Breakfast and in front of
the gray gate. Do not park in the uncemented area that is used for maneuvering.
BREAKFAST The internal and external breakfast tables are numbered like the
rooms, as are the floors of the common fridge where the dairy products are
found. The breakfast start time is at the discretion of the guest, the deadline
is set for 10.30. In the early morning hours it is recommended to respect the
hours of silence. For any food allergy problems, please contact the property in
advance. After having finished breakfast, guests are kindly asked to put away
their food in the breakfast room and in the fridge. Each appliance in the
structure is equipped with an instruction booklet in various languages.
TOURIST TAX MUNICIPALITY OF VARAZZE The amount due is € 1.00 per night per
person up to a maximum of five nights if consecutive in the same structure. You
pay starting from .12 years. Please have the necessary cash in advance to pay
the tourist tax.
