then take a Hakone Tozan bus for approx. 23 minutes to Hyoseki & Glass Forest bust stop; Hakone Retreat is a 5-minute walk from the bus stop
From Tokyo Station: Take a Shinkansen (bullet train) to Odawara Station (approx. 40 minutes),
then take a Hakone Tozan bus for approx. 40 minutes to Hyoseki & Glass Forest bust stop; Hakone Retreat is a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

The hotel is located in the middle of mountain area of Hakone, with few restaurants in the surrounding area, and it takes about 30 minutes by car to downtown area.
If you wish to have dinner at the hotel, please consult the hotel in advance.
Please note that on some days we cannot accept reservations.

We are ready from 15:00. If you arrive early, you can wait at the cafe or free space on the hotel premises.Also, please let us know if you will be arriving after 17:00.
Check out time is 10:00.
