Dolomites, Italy
Save this 7-day itinerary for the Dolomites 📍 Wanna explore the Italian Alps
and enjoy insane mountain views, go hiking and just admire nature? Then this
itinerary is for you. 🫶 👉 Day 1: For sunrise, visit Lago di Braies and do the
circuit hike. Then visit Innichen for some local food and coffee. Enjoy the
sunset from one of the view points. 👉 Day 2: Visit the famous Seiser Alm. Keep
in mind that you‘re only allowed to go up by car until 9am. Enjoy the day hiking
and grab food at one of the several mountain huts. Definitely stay for sunset.
👉 Day 3: Drive the Passo Gardena & see the sunset at Lago di Carezza. 👉 Day 4:
Enjoy the views at St. Ranui and Santa Maddalena. If you want, add the hike to
Geisleralm to your itinerary (you’ll need ~4 hrs in total). 👉 Day 5: Take the
gondola up to Seceda and see the sunset above Val di Gardena. 👉 Day 6: See
Passo Giau and hike to Lago delle Baste (a rather short hike with gorgeous views
of the mountain range). 👉 Day 7: Do the Tre Cime circuit hike before heading
back home. We‘d definitely recommend to stay in Val Gardena for this Dolomites
itinerary. It will be the easiest way to access most of the spots named. ☺️

📍Cadini di Misurina👇🏼 Here’s how to see it for yourself 📎 (SAVE) 🚗 Park at
/ take bus to Refugio Auronzo ☕️ Full meals & espresso available at the Refugio
🥾 Hike trail #117 and head in the direction toward Refugio Col di Varda 👀 The
popular viewpoint is about 1 mile from start, but the entire trail is
breathtaking 🤩 🤯 Note: this video was taken only 1/4 mile past the popular
viewpoint & there was nobody there! Another route to try (my favorite)! 🥾Take
the Sentiero Bonacossa trail for a bigger heart pumping adventure! ⬆️ 5.4 miles
out & back; 2k ft gain 🧗♀️Look into renting via ferrata clip-in equipment if
you want to do the whole thing (very sketchy dropoffs and nearly impossible to
pass without - I tried 😂) Oh & lookie here ~ a BONUS hike!!! 😍 🪨 Tre Cime di
Lavaredo Loop 🏠 Start at Refugio Auronzo 🥾 4-6 miles; ~1800ft gain (depends on
route) 🔁 Go clockwise - less busy in morning & you will arrive at the popular
viewpoint last We did the Tre Cime di Lavaredo loop at sunrise, ate a big lunch
at the Refugio, then completed a large portion of the Sentiero Bonocossa in the
afternoon ✨🥰 it was PERFECT and one of my favorite days spent in the magical
Dolomites.
