Rent motorbike and drive around for a day - pretty views and quiet beaches hidden away. Great sunsets Hike from Trung Trang cave to national park to navy peak through the jungle and arrive at Viet hai village. Can cycle through village to harbour and go for a swim on the way. Book a boat back to other side of island for sunset. Try book a slow boat not a speed boat. Can also try catch the last public ferry as it’s cheaper but think it finishes pretty early.
