Ferry camiguin to balingoan (from benoni port) 90mins ish try get 3am(or 2am) bus from balingoan to butuan 3-4 hrs bus butuan to surigao 3-4 hours, tricycle from bus station to port boat from surigao to dapa port siargao 3 hours ish last usually leaves at 15:30 might have to do overnight in surigao.
