Just key in Green Hill Resort in your Waze and it will bring you there. Eugenia Block will be the first block on your left as soon as you enter Green Hill Apartment compound. Use the right most staircase at the Eugenia Block to access to E32. Use the staircase and proceed to 4th floor, that is where E32 located. Once you are in front of our unit, there is a Key Box with Pin Access. Just set the combination to 7-3-2 to open the cover to obtain the key.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTION:
During the check out, please turn off everything, lock the door, return the key into the safety box. Lock the box and mess up the combination to prevent stranger from accessing it.
Some additional charge (This is stated in house rules that you have agreed during the reservation):
1) Please keep the house reasonably clean to avoid additional cleaning fee – Up to RM200
2) Uncleaned tableware and kitchenware – RM50
3) Late check out or early check in – RM30 per hour. For uninformed late check out or turn our cleaners away after they have arrived, it will cost you RM60 per hour.
4) Penalty for throwing any rubbish or plucking the flowers at Greenhill compound - RM100
5) Smoking penalty RM500
6) Party penalty RM200
7) Eating Durian in the apartment RM200
Cleanliness of the apartment is our priority, but because we are not in Cameron, we are unable to inspect the cleaning job ourselves. Please let us know if you are not happy with our cleanliness, we will request the cleaning service provider to come in to rectify it for you.
