- Hire bikes and ride along Amstel River, via Rembrandt Molen. We hired bikes just outside of Vondel Park and rode about 10km along the river to a little town called Ouderkerk Aan De Amstel. Try to get there by morning tea because I highly recommend going to this little bakery called Bakker Out. We then had coffee and cake there before having a look around the town and their little boutiques. We then rode back the same way via the Amstel River and stopped a a beautiful resturant on the river for lunch called Klein Kalfje
