City centre: area around the cathedral but a lot of retail and tourist shops and chain cafes Alfafa & Santa Cruz: good area for air bnb. Santa Cruz is the Jewish quarter Triana: one of the better areas to stay. Other side of the river. Feria & La Macarena: a bit further out of the city. Less touristy. Good local tapas. Plaza de Hercules lots of bars. Every Thursday Calle Feria has a huge market. Mercado de Feria good for food. La Carboneria is apparently good for a free flamenco show. However, very big venue, sit at long tables like a beer hall. Probably won’t see much. Triana is a good place to see flamenco for locals. Sevici is the local bike hire system
