Punta Mujeres, Spain
The small village of Punta Mujeres is situated on the east coast and you can
stop here on your way to Jameos del Agua and Cueva de los Verdes.
Not many tourists come to visit Punta Mujeren, but if you want to see an
authentic Canarian village, quiet, peaceful and with a wonderful natural pool in
the center, you should come here for a few hours.
There are a few steps that you need down to the pull. Besides the main pool in
the middle of the village, there are several other smaller pools that run for
around 2km along the coast.
There's a popular local bar right next to the pool with delicious seafood and
beers. Reasonably priced as it's mostly visited by locals.

Playa Blanca, Spain
At 2 km distance from the Peciguera lighthouse and only accessed via a dirt road
is 'Los Charcones' natural pools. The place isn't very popular but just a five
minute drive from Playa Blanca.
It's made up of several small natural pools that get filled with water from the
waves when the tide is high. So make sure you visit the place when the tide is
low, when you can get in to the pools.

La Geria, Spain
Niet La Geria, maar een rondje lopen langs de krater van El Cuervo, enigzins
hier in de buurt. Om de krater heen is een wandeling van 1,5u. Vanaf dezelfde
parkeerplaats kun je ook de Montaña Negra op, die een mooi panoramisch uitzicht
geeft over Lanzarote en de krater. Dat is een half uurtje omhoog lopen. Daarna
heb je wel een wijntje verdiend bij één van de Finca's hier in de buurt.

El Golfo, Spain
Deze green lagoon zie je vaak op foto's van Lanzarote. Op elk tijdstip van de
dag en bij verschillende weersomstandigheden krijgt het water een andere kleur
maar het is eigenlijk altijd mooi.
