Koh Phangan, Thailand
Night before Full Moon, go to the Jungle Party - ticket costs 1000 baht (£22)
Echo Beach is the best place for bevs before the Full Moon - ticket costs 600 baht (£14) but that gets you 4 hours of free flowing bevs and a taxi there
Night after Full Moon there is a party at Oxa Beach - similar to the other nights so obviously still a good night
-
Koh Tao, Thailand
I’ve got to pay for the rest of Koh Tao as I booked it
Cheapest scuba diving course in the world so if you want to do a PADI qualification, this is the place to do it - does cost c.£250 tho so pretty expensive
Jungle Party is a must here - ticket costs 1000 baht (£22) and you need to pre hard as drinks inside are very expensive
Should visit Choppas Bar, which is where the Koh Tao pub crawl starts from

Pai District, Thailand
Can stay in the Pai Do See resort - has nice private huts which can mean it can be a bit quiet/empty
If we want a looser time, you can stay in the Revolution Hostel
Need to do the Jungle Tubing here, which is similar to the Tipsy Tubing
Visit the Mo Paeng waterfall and the Sai Ngam hot springs
Pai Canyon is good for a short hike/climb but you want to do this later in the day as it’s too hot in the middle of the day
Good place to learn to ride mopeds - many of the activities are just outside the town, and due to so many tourists renting mopeds, there aren’t many tuk tuks here. There also isn’t much traffic here, so it’s a good place to learn
Good night markets here
Whitewater rafting
Tham Lodge cave is massive and has lots of limestone stalactite and stalagmite formations. Costs about 600 baht (£14) but this includes a full day tour and a guide, which you need to have to go in the cave. Guide costs 200 baht (£5) each for a guide, the 600 baht includes transport to and from the cave (45 min drive)
