DAY 1 - Stay with Kelly Friday night? - Fly Cork to Edinburgh / Flight RK3731 / 07:30-08:50 - From airport; (1) The Airlink 100 departs every 12 minutes from bus stop A to St. Andrew Square. 30 minutes and a one-way ticket costs just £5.50 / (2) Trams will take you to the centrally located St. Andrews Square in New Town. 35 minutes and runs every 15 minutes between 6:07 am and 10:48 pm. Tickets cost £7.50. - Arrive to city by 09:40. Go for breakfast (see options). - 10:30. See St Giles Cathedral, Museum on the Mound, the Writers' Museum & the National Gallery (the mound). Venture down Princes Street & have lunch to waste time before checking in. BE FREE TO POP IN ANYWHERE THAT LOOKS COOL. - Dinner (see options) by 6pm so leave hotel by 5:45pm. Concert venue is 25 minutes away from hotel. - Concert at Usher Hall at 7pm. AFTER THAT, head back to hotel - Lothian bus runs all night - E.G.
