Nice site, with bus route into Bamberg. Local Lidl about a mile away accessible by bus and with sufficient parking during quiet times for Motorhome.

Great facilities, the site is at the bottom of a steep hill into Rothenburg which we walked up with the dogs. Fabulous city with beautiful buildings and eateries. Walking the city walls was an experience!

The campsite was about a 15 minute walk from the small train station and 6 stops into Nurenberg. Near to a swimming pool and with shady dog walks in forest. Quiet site. Nurenburg is a very wealthy city, immaculately clean and with top end shops. Would love to return.
Spoilt on the last night by a group of very rowdy young lads….. who in fairness were the only group of such nature, everyone else was quiet and enjoying the site!

Regensburg, Germany
Lovely site, we had a pitch alongside the river. Gate through to the cycle/walking path alongside the river which many swam in due to the heat. Easy bus ride into Regensburg, worth downloading the RVV app as you save a lot of money with day passes as opposed to single tickets. We travelled all day for under 10 euros for three and two dogs, whereas a single ticket was 2.97 euros
Decent facilities, download the WeWash app which controls the two machines on the site.

Large site, local bus available to the u bahn and then train into Munich. Ubers also available. We pitched under the trees. The site is alongside a busy road which is quite noisy. Regular stays are in pitches marked out by hedges. Small bar on site serving burgers, washing machines and coin operated showers 1Euro for 5 - 6 mins. Download MVV app for all travel tickets as cheaper than buying on bus or train

Camping les trios clochers - municipal site. Slightly tight access, best to get here around lunchtime when we did as afterwards it filled up quick so best/biggest pitches go first! We were lucky and got two on the side of the road, others further down were in crescents of four off the road so the turn in was a little tight on some.
Cheap as chips, 12.50 euro per night which inc water and electricity - gated access with security code.
