With tour company. 2 day, 1 night hike to the summit, camping at the crater rim and then hiking up to the summit for sunrise.
Will be difficult hiking, and very cold at the top.

Scuba diving - Phi Phi islands - can be accessed by boat from Phuket. I think stay overnight, boat out there, stay in a hostel and dive potentially both days.
Can also do day trips from Phuket. Would be good to do this in first few days.
Khao Sok National Park - could be done on the way to Surat Thani, or just as a day trip.
Ko Khao Phing Kan - island northeast of Phuket, great day trip, snorkelling.

Both Ratchakram and Ayutthaya are north of Bangkok, could be done in the one day.

Obviously Angkor Wat - full day there.
Angkor Thom - historic city. 12km walk of the walls.
Going to be very hot.
Floating villages in the lake - Kompong Khleang Floating Village is the least touristy and most ethical one. Can get a tour of them, boat and bikes.
Nightlife - Pub street, night markets.
Trav Kot - doesnt really look all that amazing, but could do a kayak tour, water buffalo, mountains. 30km out of the city.

Lovely beach island. Very remote with little development. Few bars, restaurants, lots of beaches and hikes.
Will be good to relax for a few days because there will be a lot of cities either side.
Bit of snorkelling, probably no scuba.

Killing fields - probably allow a full day. Would want a tour.
Royal Palace - palace and grounds. Entry ticket fee.
Markets - Phnom Penh Central Market, Russian Market.
A lot of nightlife along the river.
