ACTIVITY (SUGGESTED): if you and some pax will be already in Kathmandu from the morning, you may go for a walk to Durbar Square and have lunch or drinks from one of the rooftops that are above the square (e.g. Heritage Rooftop Cafe, which is good for a quick lunch or Morrison Cafe’). The entry to the square will be 1000 NPR (you can request the TLF if you show your badge) and if you are planning to come back to visit the square again during your stay, it’s advisable that the pax will bring their passport and a passport-photo with them, so that they can request to have a multiple-access entry at the “site office” inside the square .
DINNER (INCLUDED ): Welcome dinner is included and handled by the local partner (DIVINE INTL). All details will be in the tour voucher.

Transfer from Kathmandu to Pokhara (INCLUDED ) - After breakfast you’ll head to Pokhara with an english speaking driver and your trekking guide; The drive will take about 7.5 hrs excluding breaks and eventual activities (rafting). Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. In the afternoon, you can walk along the lake side bazaar.
ACTIVITY (SUGGESTED): 2 hrs White water Rafting can be arranged by the local partner (price is USD 38/PAX) and will take place on the way to Pokhara. After the rafting it will be possible to take a shower and change clothes. Advise your pax to pack everything they may need for the day (towel, clothes) in a small bag that they will carry on the bus with them, while their travel backpacks will be stored on the roof of the bus and will stay untouched until you reach Pokhara.
LUNCH (SUGGESTED): The lunch will be included in the price of the rafting, if your pax decide to go for this activity (drinks are paid as extra). Who decides not to do the rafting, can still have lunch in the same place and pay separately for the lunch.
Day 2
Dopo una bella colazione, inizia la nostra avventura vera e propria in terra nepalese. Oggi ci aspettano molte ore di transfer per raggiungere Pokhara, una città tradizionale che si specchia sulle acque del lago Phewa. Sono 200 i chilometri che la separano da Kathmandu e impiegheremo circa 6 ore per arrivare a destinazione - avremo modo così di vedere il paesaggio cambiare chilometro dopo chilometro fuori dal finestrino, dalla città, alla natura, e poi di nuovo alla città.
Per un transfer così lungo c'è però bisogno di fare una pausa... e quale modo migliore per sgranchirsi le gambe di un adrenalinico rafting? La strada che percorreremo costeggia, infatti, il fiume Trisuli che, guarda caso, è uno degli spot migliori per questa attività!

DINNER (SUGGESTED): For dinner there are several options around Lakeside road: Moondance (TLF, separate bills, different food options - you can reserve a table directly on whatsapp +977 980 8037953 (name: Bhim) and mention that you are a tour leader from WeRoad) or you can go to Himalayan cuisine (+977 985-6032188) for a more local experience. The guide could be also available to help you to book any restaurant of your preference.
NIGHT (SUGGESTED): After dinner you can consider having some drinks in Busy Bee, it’s one of the few bars open until late in Pokhara, with live music and a dance floor. Other bars are on the same road (Paradiso Bar is another option where you can find live music and food/drinks until late)
Arrivati a Pokhara dedichiamo un po’ di tempo alla scoperta della città. Le vie del centro sono tranquille e Lake Side, la via principale, è invasa da negozi che vendono soprattutto attrezzatura per le scalate. Una delle zone più interessanti è il pacifico quartiere tibetano, formato da casette basse coloratissime, un tempio buddhista e una zona commerciale con prodotti artigianali fatti a mano dalle donne della comunità. Al tramonto, facciamo due passi per curiosare tra le bancarelle lungo il lago e osservare le caratteristiche barche ormeggiate vicino alla costa. Cenare davanti ad uno sfondo così sarà davvero rilassante e rigenerante dopo tante ore on the road!
Giorno 3
Una delle esperienze migliori da vivere a Pokhara è la vista del sole che sorge illuminando la spettacolare cornice dell’Annapurna - decima cima al mondo in ordine di altezza, quindi ci svegliamo presto per ammirare lo spettacolo! Dopo colazione partiamo alla volta di Birethanti a bordo della nostra jeep e in circa 3 ore arriveremo a destinazione, pronti per proseguire… a piedi! Inizia infatti il nostro trekking - scaldiamo per bene i muscoli, perché cammineremo per i prossimi tre giorni! Nulla di troppo complicato: questo trekking è adatto a tutti e avremo con noi solo un piccolo zaino con il necessario per le prossime due notti immersi nella natura nepalese.
Inizia il trekking!
Il nostro trekking inizia: per la prima parte della giornata affronteremo un terreno pianeggiante, quindi nulla di troppo difficile. Perfetto quindi per godersi il panorama! Arriviamo a Saulibazaar, il primo stop di oggi, per pranzo: ci fermiamo giusto il tempo per ricaricare le batterie e poi proseguiamo verso la tappa finale di oggi, Ghandruk. In due ore percorriamo sentieri nella giungla e passiamo tra piccoli villaggi, vedendo con i nostri occhi com’è la vita da queste parti. Arriviamo infine a Ghandruk, dove visitiamo il museo del posto e dove trascorriamo la notte.

TRANSFER WITH ENGLISH SPEAKING DRIVER + MANPOWER (ENGLISH SPEAKING GUIDE) (INCLUDED): Early breakfast and departure to Birethanti via Nayapul, drive will be about 3 hrs. After that, the trek will start. Lunch will be at Kimche. Trek will continue after lunch and will end for this day in Ghandruk. Trekking days will be with a local English speaking guide (these are the so called Manpowers). The difficulty of the trek will be easy/moderate today: about 800m of elevation gain.

TREKKING ROUTE: GHANDRUNG - CHOMRUNG (2200 MT)
(reaching 2170 meters height) Total trek: About 6 hrs. Total distance covered: 5-7 km
MANPOWER (english speaking guide) (INCLUDED ): English speaking guide is provided during all trekking days. The difficulty of the trek will be moderate/hard today, your total elevation gain will be approximately 1000 meters and the total elevation loss will be 700 meters, the trek will end in Chomrung.
LUNCH(INCLUDED ): full board on day 3 and 4.
DINNER: (INCLUDED ): full board on day 3 and 4.
OVERNIGHT (INCLUDED ): overnight in the guest house in Chromrung.

Day 5 - CHOMRUNG - JHINODANDA - NAYAPUL - BIRETHANTI - POKHARA
(Way down to Pokhara, Total trek: About 3 hrs . Total distance covered: 4 km.)
MANPOWER (english speaking guide) (INCLUDED ): English speaking guide is provided during all trekking days. The trek will consist in a 1.5 hours steep descent today and will end right after the Jhinu Danda suspension bridge. You may ask the group if someone is scared of heights (the bridge is 300 meters long, it takes about 3-5 minutes to walk) and the guide can offer support.
LUNCH (INCLUDED ): half board on day 5. The guide will find a place in Pokhara, after the paragliding.

TRANSFER WITH ENGLISH SPEAKING DRIVER TO POKHARA(INCLUDED ): After the bridge, the jeep will pick you up and bring you back to your bus in approximately 1.5 hours - then it will be another 1.5 hours to the paragliding hill in Pokhara or 2 hours to your hotel.

ACTIVITY (SUGGESTED): Local partner (Divine International) can arrange paragliding in Pokhara. This is an optional activity and is not included in the WeRoad package. Ask your pax whether they want to do it or not, and for the ones who want to take it, proceed to organize it independently with the local partner (you’ll have to pay Divine International directly). Advise your pax to bring their phones with them during the paragliding, so that the Paragliding staff can transfer the GoPro materials directly to their phones. Up in the air it will be cold, so advise them to do the paragliding with a jacket even if the temperature is around 20-25 degrees.
Other activities you may decide to go for in Pokhara: rent a canoe or a boat (each boat is for max 8 people - 1520 NPR/boat) with a boat driver that will take you around the lake or you can arrange a visit to the Peace Pagoda in Pokhara, through the Divine International. Some people may also decide to go for a massage, there are several massage centers and the DMC or the guide can assist you to find one (e.g Tranquillity Spa - massages starting at 4000 NPR/30 EUR).

TRANSFER WITH ENGLISH SPEAKING DRIVER TO CHITWAN NAT PARK (INCLUDED ): transfer will take around 5 hrs excluding breaks. You will not have the guide with you today, so you will decide where/when to take breaks (SUGGESTED: Container Coffee Hub, in Ghansikuwa).
LUNCH (SUGGESTED): Since you will have to go for the safari at 14:30, it’s advisable to have lunch directly upon arrival in the resort where you will stay overnight and inform them about your arrival time. They can arrange a buffet for around 12$.
ACTIVITY (INCLUDED ): 3 hrs Jeep ride in the jungle managed by the local partner (DIVINE INTL).
DINNER: (SUGGESTED): For dinner you have the option to dine directly in your resort or you may decide to go to the village right outside the national park (Sauraha). If you decide to go to the village, you will have to be back to your resort before 9:00 p.m because the National Park will close its entry and it won’t be possible to enter after.
You may also go to the village to spend some leisure time after the safari and have a few drinks in any of the cafes on the main road in Sauraha (e.g. Friends Cafe’, Art Cafe’). Stay in touch with your driver and inform him in advance that you want to be driven to the village after the safari.

TRANSFER WITH ENGLISH SPEAKING DRIVER TO KATHMANDU (INCLUDED ): transfer from Chitwan to Kathmandu will take around 6hrs.
ACTIVITY (SUGGESTED): Before heading back to Kathmandu, if you want to stay longer in Chitwan you can have a Long Boat Ride and Tharu village visit. This is an optional activity and can be arranged by the local partner. Price is around USD15/PAX.
If you decide not to go for the Long Boat Ride, you can have some free time to spend in Kathmandu in the afternoon or you can choose to go for the Bhaktapur tour organized by the DMC (the price depends by the size of the group + 1800 NPR have to be paid for each pax to enter the square). Inform them in advance.
LUNCH (SUGGESTED): If you decide to stay in Chitwan, you can have a quick lunch along the road to Kathmandu, you can ask the driver to suggest you a place, depending on the road that he will take to Kathmandu - if you decide to go for the Bhaktapur tour, you can ask to the DMC to assist you to have a quick shared lunch (momos, rice, noodles) in the restaurant of the hotel in Kathmandu, on your arrival, so that you can immediately leave for Bhaktapur right after lunch.
DINNER: (SUGGESTED): To try some local food that you haven’t tried yet in the previous days (the Newari cuisine is the one exclusive of the Kathmandu area), you can go to Pasa Newari Kitchen and ask to reserve their special area where you can eat by sitting on the floor (you can also try to reserve it via instagram: pasanewarikitchen or +977 980 3471523). It’s very cheap and authentic. There are also many other options in the Thamel area.

ACTIVITY(INCLUDED) WeRoad package includes a cooking class with dinner in Kathmandu; this activity is organized by the local partner (DIVINE INTL). The cooking class will be led by a professional chef. All the participants will be able to learn and be able to see the whole process. Dinner will include: momos (Nepalese dumplings), noodles and drinks. Local sweets for dessert.
On this day you may choose to go for a tour of some of the Unesco World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu. The DMC can provide you with a driver and a local guide. You will need to collect extra money from each pax for each of the sites that you will visit (2600 NPR total for the sites suggested by the DMC: Swayambhunath, Patan Durbar Square, Pashupati temple, Boudhanath).
LUNCH (SUGGESTED): If you decide to go for the city tour, the guide will suggest you where it’s more convenient to stop for a quick lunch.
DINNER: (INCLUDED): Dinner will be right after the cooking class and will include: Momos (Nepalese dumplings), veg noodles and drinks (coke/fanta/sprite/beer) + local sweets for dessert.
NIGHT (SUGGESTED): After dinner, if you want to go for a party you have plenty of options in Thamel. The most recommended are Purple Haze (a huge club with live rock music every night, free entry) or Lord of the Drinks (the biggest disco club in Kathmandu, 1000 NPR entry).
