From the pier walk towards Garlic 1992 Restaurant and go past it until you reach a 7/11.
Turn left until you reach a small bridge and turn left again (this will be signposted).
Continue shortly past the OnlyBar (great sunset view) and then just past the Kitty House there is a small alleyway on the left.
Follow this path until you reach the property :)
