Thursday 18th June - check in hotel - breakfast at banh mi 25 - ngoc son temple (on the lake) 50k for ticket after have a walk around the lake - stop by st Joseph’s cathedral - lunch at pho 10 ly quoc su - go to train street to get drinks, chill and watch the trains (train schedule varies should probs arrive at 3.30pm for 4.10pm train, there are more trains in the evening though) - dinner at pizza 4p’s - end the night at the water puppet show Friday 19th June - grab to banh cuon ba xuan for breakfast then spunmon to grab doughnuts and coffees - walk to Tran quoc temple on ho Tay -> Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum -> temple of literature - lunch at yen bun cha - back at hotel to rest - pho for dinner - explore Hanoi night market - king roti for night snack before bed

Saturday 20th June - check out of hotel in Hanoi - coach to ninh binh - check in at hotel - get brunch at sisterfields - grab to hang mua cave for a hike - dinner at local place - back to hotel to rest Sunday 21st June - wake up early to go to trang an boat tour
