Party city, expensive, loads to do but mainly boys holiday vibes so I didn’t stay long
Things to do
1. Go to Bangla road
2. ping pong show is just something you need to see. Try not to pay more than 300 baht
3. Go to one of their big clubs
4. Go to Wat chalong temple. Don’t visit all the temples in the city there’s not many historical ones here and you’ll be going to thousands more.
5. Get the grab app for motorbike/tuk tuk taxis instead of off the street.

Party island, very social. I ended up working here for 2 weeks as a bar rep, wouldn’t recommend if you hate drunk people though

Quiet fishing island, not many backpackers go so you could skip it. But it’s very traditional. Great beaches and a nice break from how busy every island will be

You’ll need to go to surat Thani as a stopover to board a ferry to the island.
Very big touristy island with beautiful beaches. Didn’t spend long here as it’s expensive but have cool day trips to pig island
They have red truck buses which are much cheaper than taxis

Koh Phangan (Thong Sala Pier), Thailand
Big island known for full moon parties at haad rin beach.its basically a music event. The timing of your schedule means you’ll miss this but I personally found it a bit overcrowded and over hyped as I don’t really like edm but was still fun. they have a similar party on their half moon event, 13th is a small party at harmony beach club and 14th is a jungle rave in the “magical forest” almost everyone is on psychedelics or something I probs wouldn’t trust any pills.

Small island known for scuba diving. Spent almost a month here was really fun. Some cool beaches in the north and south that you can rent a motorbike and go for a ride through the mountains. Some abandoned hotels to go exploring in. Locals house parties in the big mansions

Small town with 3 beaches that are fun to explore. Lots of jungle animals around. Has some great cliff to rock climb

Small party island with no major land marks on the island itself. Has nice short hikes up the hills to view points. But you must take blanco boat trips to Maya bay, James Bond island and monkey beach.
Great place to scuba dive too
Have really cheap bungalows in the mountain areas too
Reggae bar is a Muay Thai fighting bar with volunteers from the crowd
