Can’t check in to hotel to c5pm. So do stops on route. Pacific rim national park including long beach is south of Tofino. Kwisitis visitor centre is good start point for several short walks.
Tips for Your Trip

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From town, travel southwest on Connaught Drive until it becomes the Icefield Parkway (Highway 93). Continue over the Miette River bridge and watch for a directional sign to the Jasper SkyTram. Turn right onto Whistlers Road and drive for 4 kilometres (2.5 miles) to the Jasper SkyTram parking lot at the end of the road.

22 Jun. Leave in morning an take time at lakes on way to Golden. Jasper to Golden takes at least 4 hours with no stops. Stop 1st at Peyto lake (go to upper viewpoint for best views) and then Bow lake. Both on way c2.5hours from Jasper. Both short walks from parking and minimum detours.

go to Golden gondola 1st thing in morning. Gondola is at kicking horse mountain resort. C18 min drive from town. Hours for gondola are 10am -3:30pm
Then drive Golden to Banff (direct is c2 hours). Could Stop at Emerald lake (c55 mins) . Lakeside trail at Emerald lake that takes c1 hour to walk which should do.
Then stop at Johnston canyon. c1 hour from Emerald lake. Another recommended stop.
Emerald lake to Banff is c30 mins.

Brian option for short run. Tunnel Mountain (5km/300m). Tunnel mountain has more variety than meets the eye and is the perfect trail to combine with a loop around its base via the Bow River/Hoodoos trail. Trailhead: Located on St. Julien Road near The Banff Centre.
25 Jun pm. Lake Louise and Moraine lake half day tour. 1:30pm for 2pm start. Booked pm to avoid rushing again in morning.
