Vik, Iceland
Day 1 - arrive roughly 5pm
Option 1: go straight to blue lagoon (20 min drive) spend approx 2 hours here, can eat here! (£30-50 for a meal). Drive to Vik (3 hours) arrive approx 10pm. Will still be light, sunset around this time.
Option 2: drive directly from airport to vik, ETA 8pm, still light so go to black sand beach?? could eat here. Supermarket: Kronan. Dine out option: black crust pizza! (around £20 for a pizza but it's Iceland!)

Skaftafell, Iceland
Day 2- if option 1 on first day, spend morning at black sand beach. If not, drive towards Skaftafell. Possible stops: Fjaðrárgljúfur (viewpoint off side of road), svartifoss (waterfall, 30 min walk each way from carpark). Check into hotel. 2-3hr canyon hike, then diamond beach?
Day 3- crampon hike then chill in hotel hot tub!!

Reykjavik, Iceland
Day 4 - drive back to city, 4hr 10 minute drive without stops. Stop at skogafoss and kvernufoss (next to each other - opportunity for lunch break), around 2 hr into drive, stop at seljalandsfoss (30 mins away). Explore rainbow road and cathedral.
Day 5 - golden circle + blue lagoon. fairly long day. golden circle 9am-3pm? then blue lagoon?? 5 hours of total driving
