Homestays are the best for this village but they also have spa hotels for cheap if you’re doing after the ha giang loop. Visit cat cat village and do a hike it was the highlight of my trip. You can also go up to fansipan but it is very touristy

Favourite place in Vietnam, visit Mua caves and go on a boat on the lake. Rent bikes and cycle round too and eat the duck there it’s insane. Visit hoa lu which is the old ancient city, the pagoda lights up at night

Alpine coaster and maze bar were really good, they have something called mongo land which is a theme park but I wouldn’t visit as the animals are really badly abused there
