One night here we are booked into Travelodge Hotel Auckland Wynyard Quarter at 110 lake ham st west we didn’t book breakfast with room we will get breakfast on the way to Rotorua.

Self-parking: We offer self-parking options for $49. Our preferred parking facility is Wynyard Carpark, a covered parking facility on the corner of Halsey and Pakenham St West in the Wynyard Quarter.
In the afternoon we will go to countdown (Woolworths) for some travel car snacks ready for the early morning car ride to Rotorua.

Bed early we have a early morning wake up try leave by 6am to get to Rotorua nice and early to fit in a morning tree top walk and luge.

Monday 10th - Two nights here we booked and paid already for Arawak park hotel not including breaky we will go out for breakfast address is 272 Fenton street rotorua
Once arrived we will Have lunch and at 2pm we will go zorbing at 525 Ngongotaha Rd, Fairy Springs, Rotorua it takes 12 mins from hotel the tickets are for a hour of zorbing and zorbing park closes at 5. After zorbing we will head back to the hotel to shower and get ready for dinner which we will check out EL Mexicano Zapata Cantina at 1148 Tutanekai Street, Rotorua 3010. (4mins from hotel )
We can do the luge during the day if we get bored.
Tuesday 11th -
In the morning after we eat breakfast

Once in Okere falls, you will turn onto Trout pool road (which then becomes Okere falls road !) and we are the red and yellow building down this road a couple hundred meters on the right hand side
Shower and relax for the afternoon maby go for a walk in the two tracks listed below and get ready for our dinner activity tonight
Māori experience for dinner and show hotel pick up between 5:15/5:45 the address is 196 Fairy Springs Road, Fairy Springs.

There a geothermal walking track that we should do
See mud pools at Kuirau Park for free walk through and have a look before we head off to the next location Taupō which takes 1hr in total
When we leave on the way to lake Taupo we will do a stop at Huka waterfall and walk to lookout advanatage points of the fastest flowing waterfalls in the world which takes 57mins to get there, then on our way to Taupō
Zorbing is booked for 2pm under Jenna’s name
White water is booked under Daina’s name.

Taupō, New Zealand
Once we have seen the waterfall we will check into Lakeland Resort Taupo $148 a night including breakfast, 282 lake terrace, Taupō

Wairakei Terraces for hot springs takes 13 min drive from our accomodation. There is a terrace walk we could do there around the area and 4 hot pools 4 different temps 3 of them are adults only and are $27 per adult

In the afternoon we will go to Wairakei Terraces hot springs for a dip we will buy our tickets at the gate many even have a walk around the geothermal walking tracks adults $27 for a swim in the hot springs it’s a 12 min drive to hot springs.

When we leave the next day we will be driving by the national park on our way to see the mount ruapehu an active volcano via desert road
Drive takes us 1 hr 50mins to get to next accommodation we will do stops on the way to see the volcano

Friday 14th - Welcome to Wellington Named as one of the top 8 coffee cities in the world by CNN, Wellington knows its brews and bean, once checked in why not go grab a coffee and explore this seaside city.
Checking into oaks Wellington hotel for $186 without breaky or $223 a night including breakfast (breakfast looks really good and reviews are good) parking is $25 NZD a day

Saturday 15th - Waking up having breakfast In the hotel and heading off to the port to make our way across the ocean from north to the south side.
Boat sail time is 4:30pm must be at boat an hour before.

wake up have breakfast and time for our big ROAD TRIP through Arthur’s pass Climbing up to over 900 meters (2,953 feet), Arthur’s Pass is the highest pass over the Southern Alps. The highway itself is an example of great engineering involving bridges, viaducts, and redirected waterfalls. It is without a doubt one of the best road trips on the South Island.
Pack morning tea for the drive through Arthur’s pass to hokitika which takes 3hr and 12mins where we will stop for lunch Founded as a gold mining town back in the gold-rush days, Hokitika is famous for its pounamu (greenstone).
