Two weeks before the tour starts, you need to pay the remaining balance. If your plans change after that, you can still cancel the reservation until 5 days before the tour starts. We would refund your payment, but we do retain the tour deposit.
The pickup time for this tour can be anywhere from 4:30 AM to 10:00 AM. This is because the airline doesn't let us choose the flight times, they will assign us a time. One day before your tour starts, we will let you know the pickup time and return time to Lima.
Travelers will usually be back in Lima between 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM. We recommend not scheduling any important meetings or dinner reservations for that evening, because we don't know yet when you will be back. Also, don't purchase any flights from Lima airport that evening, unless you discuss it with us before paying for your tour.
Your Nazca Lines flight will be aboard a modern, safe Cessna Grand Caravan. Four of the twelve passenger seats have a view that is slightly obstructed by a metal bar attached to the wing, known as a wing strut. Most travelers are happy with their flight regardless of where they are sitting. Seat assignments are chosen by the airline to safely balance the aircraft, so we’re unable to offer refunds or discounts if travelers are not satisfied with their seat.
