Quiet little coastal town with great beaches, good chance it’ll be a bit rainy for us though in early November. But who knows, we might get lucky. Good first stop to recover after both of our flights. Close to the airport plus quieter and less chaotic than Colombo.

Sri Lanka’s cultural triangle (I don’t know what that means). Lots of sacred temples and wondrous landscapes to see. Not too many tourists, quite a quiet and chilled out place. I have no actual idea but i feel like this part will be very wet and rainy
Kandy, Sri Lanka

Actually quite dull. Just a very normal city, much quieter and less intense than Colombo. But essential to visit for one of the most famous train journeys in the world. (Also a gem museum if you wanna browse some jewellery)
