Get to mountain summit (2565m above sea level. Highest point in Thailand) for sunrise - 40 min drive (approx 7am - check). Consider Kew Mae Pan nature trail. 3km but very up and down. Supposed to be stunning. 2 hrs. Entrance fee includes mandatory guide.
Also consider Ang Ka nature trail - 30 min short but intense trail at the top of the mountain

5 hrs driving unless closed road is open. Consider dropping 1 of first waterfall stops as last one is best.
Possible waterfall stops: Wachirathon Waterfall, Mae Klang Waterfall, Mae Sawan Noi Waterfall: It’s a bit of a pain to get to. You’ll have to turn right off the main road and drive for five to ten minutes before riding up and down steep dirt roads until you reach the entrance to the falls. Then you have to hike down. At a moderate pace, it shouldn’t take you more than 10 minutes to reach the main waterfall. And you’re in for a real treat.
There’s a small pool of bright turquoise underneath a gorgeous waterfall about 10 meters high (maybe more). And after a long day of riding in the sun, go on ahead and jump in. It’s a perfect little infinity pool formed by nature. The water is definitely cold, but so refreshing.
Mae Sawan Noi is undoubtedly one of the ultimate hidden gems of the Mae Hong Son Loop.

Sunset (6ish) viewpoint: put in Doi San Fah viewpoint (25 mins from guesthouse) but then drive a couple of mins past that as the view is completely obstructed. There were a few people here and I felt bad for them.
