A Sri Lankan highland city in colonial English form. The architecture of the place makes it one of the more unique places in Sri Lanka to visit.
Nuwara Eliya is also a gate to hill country. It’s home to some really interesting sightseeing plus some gorgeous nature to boot. Just a heads up, it is one of the coldest and highest places in Sri Lanka (though, that’s not saying much).
