Excursion Ile aux Cerfs : Organized (+/- 70 euros, BBQ and drinks included, catamaran stop in a waterfall and the to the island. 8h30-16h). Or by ourselves : boats every 20-30 mins from Trou d'Eau Douce (10 euros go and back with company "Pointe Maurice", including a snack and hamac. Easy access to parking. Lunch in Le Flibuste. Go early (8:30-9) and leave around 14:00 before tourists arrive.
