Fly in one morning, spend the day in Porto. Could do a daytrip to the douro valley wine region the next day but not overly fussed (2.5hr one way trip), may just spend day in the city.

Arrive the morning of the 3rd day. spend that day exploring the main city. Do a daytrip to setubal and another to cascais/sintra (3-4 days all up)
