Pai District, Thailand
Pai
- Nolo hub (is the hostel I stayed at)
- tipsy tubing events were a huge thing I Pai, I didn’t do them, but it’s basically this like day party on this river tubing and you get off at different stops, everyone said it was great fun
- big white Buddha on hill (you’ll see it, walk up all the stairs and it’s so beautiful the view over Pai), wear long clothes because they don’t let you go up otherwise
- Pai canyon (go at sunset) it’s really cool and like wtf to turn up to, the landscape is so different
- two huts (bar for sunset, overlooks all the fields, it’s really beautiful and a cool vibe, just go early enough to get a good spot, will need to ride the bike out to it , like 10 mins k think, not far, worth it)
- bamboo bridge (cute walk through all the rice paddies, nice ride out there)
- if getting the bus to Pai deffo recommend taking a motion sickness tablet before, it’s got a reputation for being rough and people on the bus were being sick, I was fine but took a tablet so be prepped, all the pharmacy’s sell them
- muay Thai classes
- I done a circus class, which was fun!
