Day 1 - arrival & chill Arrive early afternoon on 15th - rest day after long journey and likely jet lag. Have a wander depending on what we feel up to doing (see below) Day 2 - see more of the city centre Historic Center - Plaza de Armas (cathedral, street life) - La Moneda Palace (government seat; changing of the guard on some days) - Walk through Paseo Bandera and nearby pedestrian streets - go to Cerro San Cristóbal (cable car, zoo area, city views) - Lunch & Dinner in Lastarria & Bellavista - San Cristobal viewpoint or rooftop bar for sunset - Dinner before or after sunset depending on timings Day 3 - day trip Cajon del Maipo - book on to a tour to go up into the Andes to see Embalse el yeso, mountains, hot springs Day 4 - travel to Valparaiso

Day 1 - - morning coach from Santiago to drop bags and go for lunch before exploring Cerro Alegre & Cerro Concepción (famous hills known for colorful houses, street art, cafes, restaurants, and historic funiculars (ascensores), offering great views and a lively cultural atmosphere - sunset dinner overlooking the port Day 2 - -
