Airport Transfer Service
The hotel offers a 24-hour airport transfer service between the hotel and Suvarnabhumi Airport. Each guest is allowed two pieces of luggage; additional luggage will incur a charge of 50 THB per item.
Airport Pick-up Service
Our airport representative is available at the designated meeting point on the second floor at Gate No. 4, next to the AOT limousine counter service (arrival hall). Upon your arrival, the representative will contact the driver to arrange pick-up.
Please note that, as per Department of Airports regulations, hotel vans are not permitted to stand by at the pick-up location. Therefore, the pick-up service operates on request. If you are unable to locate our staff, please contact:

Airport Drop-off Service
To arrange your airport drop-off, please inform the front desk of your flight details upon check-in. The shuttle service departs every hour. Kindly be ready at the reception at least five minutes before your scheduled departure.
As this is a shared shuttle service, wait times may be longer during peak hours. For an alternative option, metered taxis are available on the ground floor of Suvarnabhumi Airport.
