the boat tour from Hotel Grey to Refugio Grey goes 4 times a day and costs 100.000 Chilean dollar and includes a pisco sour ;)
If we take the 3rd or 4th trip of the day, we also get to go to the glacier with the boat, on the 1st and 2nd trip of the day (better times to start our hike) the boat goes to the Refugio Grey before it goes to the glacier. Something to consider. I added the link to the boattour as an article. If we do the 3rd trip, we arrive at Regugio Grey at 17:30 and we would in theory have enough time to hike to Paine Grande (3-4 hrs) during daylight, but maybe a bit hurried?
