I understand that I need to be at the departure point 30 mins before departure time and the boat will leave without me if I am late.
**Ensure you allow sufficient extra time to reach the harbour; there are long U turns in Sanur near the harbour which can delay traffic**
Sanur Departure Point - Asian Pantry, Jalan Matahari Terbit, Sanur. Look for the yellow and white outdoor umbrellas or white/black Kai Koa sign. Just before the beach parking entry gates, right side. Do not proceed straight to the harbour as your tickets are issued at Asian Pantry.
Lembongan Departure/Landing Point - On the beach in between White Corner Cafe, Jungutbatu and walk further up the beach and look for the Red Warung wall. Depends on sea conditions.
We are a unique boat, 8 seats and fast. We are not a leisurely cruise type boat.
You may encounter some bumps on the trip. Our boat is suited to those who can handle a few extra thrills. If you prefer it slow and steady, best we refer you to an alternative boat. Not all our seats are undercover. If it rains, some seats and guests may get wet. We provide ponchos.
It is recommended you are hands free while boarding, during the trip and disembarking. Phones and any other loose items or devices; keep secure and in a waterproof bag. We are around water and sand, baggage may be subject to elements of mother nature and we are not liable for any damage or loss.
Passenger baggage is limited to x 2 suitcase/bags per person. If you have additional baggage please contact us prior, if the boat is not full we can accommodate extra, please ask first. A maximum of 2 surfboard bags per person or 1 Coffin bag. Note ALL surfboards must be in protective cases, it is at the guests own risk if they are not protected appropriately. We do not carry dive tanks, spear fishing items need to be in bags, we do not carry flammable items.
Transportation to and from your hotel/accommodation in Bali and Lembongan is not included, unless confirmed prior with your accommodation or if you have made direct alternative arrangements with us.
Please follow the instructions and information from the captain and crew. Any passengers not adhering to the regulations will be unable to travel.
We have suspension seats, seat belts and slim line life jackets to be worn at all times. Sit back in your seat, facing front, do not sit or lean forward or sit with your body facing on the side. No animals, no smoking or vaping, no glass onboard, illegal activities.
Leave with enough time to reach the port for departure. If you have booked a seat ticket or private charter the boat needs to operate on time. Sorry we will leave without you if are late. There will be no refunds, changes or credits.
For safety, anyone with health or mobility issues, babies, small children, pregnant or over 100kg, please advise prior to making payment so we can advise further.
If you fail to book or input the correct amount of persons including babies or children and you arrive with more people (regardless of any age), the persons unregistered with not be able to board. Do not assume babies and children can sit on laps, we have safety requirements. Prices are per person, regardless of age. Infants & children require their own ticket.
As the group organiser, by making payment it is understood you have accepted & explained this information to your group and agreed to any conditions during the booking process.

Changes, Cancellation - seat tickets (not private charter)
Date/Time change fee. If you would like to change dates or times after payment has been made, there is a change fee of Rp50,000 per seat. Changes can only be made up to 48 hrs prior to departure.
Cancellations 7 days to 48 hours prior to departure, 50% cancellation fee of amount paid + 3% admin fee.
Cancellations more than 8 days prior to departure, 30% cancellation fee of amount paid + 3% admin fee.
Due to demand and limited seats on Kai Koa, if the trip is cancelled or you are wishing to change dates/schedule time within 48 hours of departure, the trip is non refundable/ non changeable to an alternative date/scheduled time.
No Show is a 100% Cancellation Fee - inclusive of not arriving on time for departure.
We are unable to offer changes or credits for any flight travel changes cancellations, traffic delays, change of mind circumstances or other - please refer to your travel insurance policy and we can provide you with a formal cancellation letter. Refunds to credit cards may take up to 30 days to process due to third party requirements.
