Just a few quick tips during Your stay:
Keep the boiler (water-heater) always ON,
Do NOT leave the trash outside or by the sitting area ( Dubrovnik has many cats around and they tend to toss the trash and look for food),
Keep the windows shut if the Air Conditioning is on or the sensor will shut it OFF after few minutes.
After leaving the apartment be sure to shut all appliances OFF, same goes for the Air Conditioning,
