here to get to Cajamarca anyways. Things to do; Huaca Rajada - Archaeological
site of the Moche civilisation. 30mins out of town. Pimental - Small town beach
resort, reed boats (south), pier, small dunes (north). 15/20 mins
taxi/collectivo Tucume Pyramids - 30+ pyramids with museum from Chimu + Inca +
other civilisations, can hike up to top of pyramids for good views. 35/45 mins
taxi/collectivo. might be good to stay the night as we will have had a night
bus the night before!

sunset or Day 1 (1/2 day) - Llacanora waterfalls, Alameda de los Incas -
Collectivo to/from waterfalls - Same as above (-) Baños del I Day 2 - Kuntar
Wasi ruins, Cumbe Mayo - 1.5hr Collectivo to Kuntar Wasi, open 9-13. Chavin
civ. - 1.5hr Collectivo to Cajamarca - Collectivo to Cumbe Mayo (or steep 10km
walk) - Stone pillar rock formations, ancient petroglyphs, aqueducts - If safe,
maybe walk down at sunset? Will be facing East though 🤷 Day 3 - Santuario de
Polloc, Onwards! 🚐 (This one!) - Absolutely stunning church with gold painting
and mosaics. 30 min taxi or collectivo from Cajamarca - Collectivo to Celendin
(1.5hrs) - Collectivo to Leymebamba (2.5-3hrs) or Day 3 - Santuario de
Polloc, Paccha waterfall - Absolutely stunning church with gold painting and
mosaics. 30 min taxi or collectivo from Cajamarca - Catarata de Paccha. Looks
kinda on the way back, but honestly not much clear information! pm collectivo
to Celendin.
