Have a little advice or something about the tramway 28, instead of lining up for the tramway in Martim Moniz.
You should take the 709 bus instead from Avenida da Liberdade to the Mercado de Campo de Ourique, once there the market offers a variety of superb restaurants of all kinds, a bit like the Time-out with a suprebe atmosphere and less touristy and above all cheaper.
Once you have enjoyed yourself, just 300 meters away at the end of the road (rua Saraive de Carvalho) in the roundabout, tram 28 drops all passengers from Martim Moniz and returns to the exact same route with new passengers, The 28 will end up that Martim Moniz, in fact you will be doing the route in reverse,
